State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name and mailing address of every individual who contributes. If your total contributions exceed $250 in a calendar year, we are also required to report your occupation and employer.

Under Pennsylvania law, individuals, partnerships, and political action committees may contribute unlimited amounts to state-level candidates. However, corporations, labor unions, and foreign nationals are strictly prohibited from contributing.

Contributions are not tax-deductible for state or federal income tax purposes.
